A doorway with a bare tympanum bordered by four torus extending down into door posts is set in the wall of the park of the former subprefecture (now school buildings). In the neighbouring square there are a few remaining capitals including one in a Corinthian style with human faces carved on the corners and a double row of leaves at the base of the cup, a feature which is characteristic of Berry. Another capital is decorated with pairs of birds.
